To place an order, order directly from our website call us at (877) 284-3976 to order by phone.
For phone and online orders we only accept credit card transactions.
For instructions on mailing a check or money order, please call us at (877) 284-3976.
To view your orders, please login to your account by selecting the My Account tab at the top of the page. Under the "Recent Orders" section, you will be able to view your order or place a new order.

To update your account information, please login to your account by selecting the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. Once navigated to your account, select the edit tab on the "Account Information" section and make any necessary changes to your account.
We offer various delivery methods including USPS, FedEx 3Day, 2Day and Overnight. Orders are typically shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend, will be shipped the following Tuesday. For International Orders, please allow extra time for delivery.
We guarantee our customer's complete satisfaction on every order. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a product that you have purchased from us, we will accept any unopened and undamaged item for a full refund, excluding the shipping charges. All returned items must include a copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization Code (RAC) to be processed by our Returns department.

What information do we collect?

- To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
